Yes, from the age of 14. Heli Kart is a real ultralight helicopter securely attached to a ground anchor: it cannot fly away, yet it still gives you the genuine feeling of lifting off and flying. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all safety equipment is provided.

Completely real. This is not a simulator with a screen: you fly a real ultralight helicopter with real controls, engine noise and lift-off dynamics. The only difference from free flight is that Heli Kart is tethered to the ground for safety. You take off, hold it in the air and land it yourself. It is the closest you can get to real helicopter flying without a pilot licence.

First you get a briefing and safety training from a certified instructor. Then you take your seat in the Heli Kart cockpit and start flying yourself. Depending on the session you chose (30, 45 or 60 minutes) you practise take-off, hovering and landing. It is thrilling and surprisingly authentic at the same time.

Heli Kart is built for one pilot. Every flight is individual, so you get the instructor's full attention and the most time at the controls. People coming with you can watch the flight from a safe distance.

Comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Avoid loose, flapping clothing and long scarves. We provide the rest of the safety gear on site, including headsets and harnesses.
